[ohf-licenses] Example of a marked part

Example of what a marked chip might look like, with Open Cores as a
registry (the actual design number doesn't match this chip package, but
it'll do for a mock-up!)

Of course, there'd probably also be a manufacturer mark and/or
part-number in addition to this registry marking.

I can't remember whether the mailing list is set up to accept
attachments. I hope so. :-)
